  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

At Bristol Balms, we are delighted to provide flat rate shipping based on weight.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
  • Note: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high demand.
  • We currently ship to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor its journey.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Bristol Balms products, but we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary.

  • Eligibility:
    We accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 60 days of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

  • How to Initiate a Return:

    1. Email us at [support@bristolbalms.com] with your order number and reason for return.
    2. Our team will provide instructions and a return shipping address.
    3. Ship the product back to us in its original condition.
  • Refunds:
    Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no additional cost.

  • How to Initiate an Exchange:

    2. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund for the defective item.

  • If whipped balm loses its fluffy texture: Remove it from the jar and use a hand or stand mixer to re-whip the balm until its soft, airy consistency is restored.
